We present a set of eight horse figurines made of fine porcelain with a deep, high-intensity cobalt blue monochromatic glaze.

The iconography of the eight horses is a classic motif in Oriental art, representing the legendary steeds of King Mu of Zhou. Each figure is modeled in a different dynamic pose: galloping, trotting, resting, or rearing, giving the set a sense of movement and vitality.

Technical details and condition:
- Period: Mid-20th century (c. 1960-1970).
- Technique: Molded porcelain with cobalt enamel.
- Size: Dimensions vary by pose, ranging approximately between 5 cm and 8 cm (1.9 and 3.1 inches) in height.
- Material: Glazed porcelain.
- Condition: The lot shows signs of use and age. An old restoration has been identified on the leg of one of the figures, and a partial missing ear on another piece. The remaining six figures are in good condition without visible fractures.

This set has high decorative value and is a representative example of mid-century Asian export porcelain, ideal for themed collections or Oriental-style interior design projects.
