Vintage and antique lamps and lighting

Vintage and antique lamps and lighting

The selection includes wall sconces in bronze and brass, crystal and Art Deco chandeliers, Murano glass lamps, ceramic and porcelain table lamps, glass tulip lampshades and replacement chandelier drops. Many come from Spain, France and Italy, and their styles run from 1920s Art Deco to 1960s space-age design. Lighting is sold as vintage decorative pieces, and every listing describes materials, dimensions and the visible condition.

Before you buy vintage lighting

• Wiring: old fixtures often carry original wiring, sockets and plugs that differ from current standards. Where a piece has been rewired the listing says so; otherwise have it inspected by a qualified electrician before use.
• Dimensions: height, width and the number of arms or lights are given so you can check ceiling height and bulb requirements.
• Glass: shades and drops can have small chips; photographs show them close up.
• Replacement parts: lampshades and chandelier drops are sold separately in this section.

Shipping from Spain

Lamps and glass shades are fragile and are shipped by tracked courier after 1–3 business days of preparation. The cost depends on weight, dimensions and destination. See the delivery policy.

Frequently asked questions

Are the lamps ready to plug in?

Not necessarily. Vintage fixtures may have wiring and sockets that need checking or replacement for your country's standards. Always have an electrician review an antique light before first use.

What is uranium glass?

It is glass made with a small amount of uranium that glows green under ultraviolet light. It was produced especially in the 1920s and 1930s, and it is sold here as a collectible.
