2. Order placement process
2.1. To make a purchase, the Buyer must add the selected items to the virtual cart and follow the instructions during the checkout stage, correctly filling in the delivery and payment details.
2.2. The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment for the order.
2.3. After payment confirmation, the Buyer will receive an email detailing the order. If the email is not received within 24 hours, the Buyer should check the "Spam" folder or contact the Seller's customer support.

3.2. The cost of goods does not include shipping costs, as well as any possible customs duties and fees (for shipments outside the EU customs territory), which are paid by the Buyer separately.
3.3. Payment methods: The Seller guarantees the complete security of transactions. Payment is made through secure communication channels. The following methods are available:
-
Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard) via the Redsýs secure payment gateway.
-
Bizum payment system.
3.4. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer's confidential banking data and does not store them on its servers.
4. Specificity of goods and full waiver of guarantee of original properties
4.1. Every item presented on the raritet.shop website is a vintage collectible.
4.2. In accordance with Article 115 ter. 4 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the Seller declares, and the Buyer unconditionally accepts before paying for the goods, a full waiver of the guarantee of the preservation of the original properties of the goods.
4.3. Due to the historical age of the items, the Store does not guarantee the preservation of original performance properties (including, but not limited to: original scent, texture, durability, safe chemical composition, airtightness, functionality, and other initial characteristics).
4.4. All products on the website are not intended for direct use/application for their original household or hygienic purpose. They are sold exclusively "as is" and serve only for addition to private collections, museum exhibitions, or for decorative purposes.
4.5. Any attempt by the Buyer to use the purchased vintage or antique item for its original functional purpose (including the application of perfumes/cosmetics on the skin, consumption, household use of furniture or appliances) is carried out entirely at the Buyer's own risk. The Seller is completely exempt from liability for any direct or indirect damage to health, property, or third parties resulting from such use.
5. Limitation of the Legal Guarantee of conformity
5.1. Since the Buyer is expressly informed before the conclusion of the contract about the change in the properties of the items and the limitation of their purpose (according to clause 4 of these Terms), under Art. 115 ter. 4 TRLGDCU, the legal guarantee of conformity is limited exclusively to the correspondence of the goods to their visual description and photographs on the website at the time of purchase (authenticity, completeness, external condition demonstrated in the images).
5.2. Any non-conformity of the product with its original performance properties (change of scent, consistency, material strength, etc.) is not and cannot be grounds for recognizing a lack of conformity, since these properties were excluded from the product characteristics before the purchase, and the Buyer expressed their express consent to this.
6. Shipping and return policy
6.1. Shipping conditions (times, costs, transfer of risks, and the obligation to inspect the packaging in the presence of the courier) are governed by a separate document, the "Shipping Policy", which is an integral part of these General Terms.
6.2. The conditions for returning goods, the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal from a distance purchase, as well as legal exceptions to the right of return (including the absolute prohibition on returning opened perfume and cosmetic bottles and consumables for hygiene reasons based on Art. 103.e TRLGDCU) are detailed in the document "Return and Withdrawal Policy". The Buyer must confirm that they have read them before making a payment.
