1. Order processing and shipping times
1.1. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays in the Kingdom of Spain / Valencian Community are excluded) from the moment of full payment of the order by the buyer.
1.2. During periods of high demand (holidays, sales), processing times may be extended up to 5 business days. The Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer of any delays in a timely manner by email.
2. Delivery methods and times
2.1. Delivery is carried out by third-party logistics operators and courier services (including, but not limited to: Correos, SEUR, MRW, DHL, UPS, etc., including via the Packlink Pro integrator).
2.2. Estimated delivery times:
-
Standard delivery within Spain (peninsula): 2 to 5 business days from the transfer of the shipment to the courier service.
-
Delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5 to 10 business days.
-
International delivery to other European Union (EU) countries: usually takes 5 to 12 business days.
-
2.3. The specified times are estimated and provided by the transport companies. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the fault of logistics services, due to adverse weather conditions, strikes, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping costs and customs duties
3.1. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on the total weight, dimensions of the shipment, and the geographical location of the recipient's address.
3.2. If delivery is made outside the EU Customs Area, all possible customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs clearance costs in the destination country are fully borne by the Buyer. The Seller cannot predict or influence the amount of these fees.
4. Shipment tracking
4.1. After transferring the parcel to the transport service, an automatic notification with a tracking number and a link to the logistics company's website is sent to the Buyer to the email address specified during registration.
5. Risk transfer, transport damage, and acceptance of goods
5.1. The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer at the moment when they, or a third party indicated by them (other than the courier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
5.2. Buyer's obligation upon receipt: The Buyer is obliged to carefully inspect the outer packaging of the parcel at the time of delivery by the courier.
-
If visible damage to the box is detected (dents, tears, signs of opening, leaks), the Buyer must make an appropriate note on the courier's transport waybill (in the signature column, indicate, for example: «Package damaged / Paquete dañado») or refuse to receive the shipment.
-
The Buyer must photograph the damaged packaging before opening it and contact the Seller at
ventas@raritet.shopwithin 24 hours of receipt, attaching the photographs. Failure to record packaging damage in the presence of the courier significantly complicates the procedure for recovering damages from the transport company.
