The set is identified as "Série F. 75, T 869" in the Baccarat catalog from the early 20th century. Baccarat, established in 1764, is a premier French manufacturer of fine crystal. The "Cannelures" (fluted) pattern, executed in the rare "Mousse" green shade with hand-applied gold gilding, represents the refined transition from the Art Nouveau to the early Art Deco period. Pieces from this era are typically unmarked, as Baccarat began using its acid-etched signature only after 1936.
