J. Chein & Co., operating as Cheinco Housewares from its headquarters in Burlington, New Jersey, specialized during the second half of the 20th century in creating lithographed tinware. This particular series revived the aesthetics of the American Progressive Era, showcasing scenes of fashion and automotive technology from the early 20th century on its panels.
