A terracotta ceramic stamp specimen, known as a 'pintadera', a modern reproduction crafted in the style of Pre-Columbian artifacts from Central Mexico. Original stamps were used by Mesoamerican cultures to apply pigments onto textiles, pottery, or skin.

This 1990s object recreates the aesthetics and function of such artifacts, featuring a complex central zoomorphic motif surrounded by a border of scrolls. The patina and surface wear are intentional to simulate an authentic archaeological appearance.
