Ecclesiastical Limoges porcelain vase featuring a high-relief depiction of the face of Christ. Produced by the Desvignes & Forest manufactory in the first quarter of the 20th century.

History: The Desvignes & Forest (D.F.) manufactory was part of the renowned porcelain production in Limoges, France. This type of small vase was designed for decorating home altars or parish chapels. The design combines the canonical image of the Savior with late Art Nouveau elements in the body and handle forms.
