History of the object:
The house of Aubusson, originally known for its tapestries, translated its artistic aesthetic into perfumery in the 1980s. Histoire d'Amour is a classic floral chypre notable for its circular bottle with floral reliefs and a frosted leaf-shaped cap. Aubusson 25, launched in 1994 to commemorate the firm's anniversary, was composed by perfumer Philippe Romano, featuring a more contemporary floral-fruity structure for its time.
