This specimen is a 7.5 ml bottle of Christian Dior's Diorissimo, in its most prestigious concentration: Extrait de Parfum. Produced in France during the 1980s, this item represents the purest technical and artistic interpretation of lily of the valley.

Object History:
Originally launched in 1956 and created by master perfumer Edmond Roudnitska, Diorissimo is a milestone in the history of French perfumery. Roudnitska broke with the trend of sweet scents of the era to realistically recreate the lily of the valley. This 80s version maintains the richness of formulas prior to contemporary IFRA restrictions.
