History of the object:
Created by the renowned perfumer Mathilde Laurent, Guet-Apens ("Ambush") was conceived as a work of great olfactory complexity. Its acclaimed structure of violet, peach, amber, and vanilla notes laid the foundation for its subsequent re-release under the name Attrape-Cœur in exclusive collections of the maison. The bottle adopts the historic "Lanterne" design, originally created by Guerlain in the 19th century, reinterpreted here in a dark blue glass of great chromatic density.
