An authentic antique Spanish hand-embroidered festival ribbon (cinta de fiesta) from Albatera (Alicante, Spain), dated July 24, 1932, produced during the historical period of the Second Spanish Republic.
This ceremonial piece was handcrafted for the traditional local patronal festivals, likely dedicated to Santiago Apóstol (Saint James), whose feast day is celebrated on July 25. The ivory silk ribbon features vibrant hand-embroidered floral motifs in shades of pink and green, the text "FIESTA ALBATERA", an embroidered monogram, and the precise historical date "24-7-1932". The lower edge is finished with a traditional metallic wire bullion fringe.
