This pair remains in unissued New Old Stock condition, complete with original paper tags, metallic lead seal, promotional certificate card, and branded blue protective envelope.

During the mid-20th century, Mediaseda S.A. was a prominent Catalan hosiery manufacture based in Terrassa (Tarrasa), specializing in fine nylon products crafted from imported American DuPont nylon thread. The Topacio Leferon line was marketed for superior durability and weave comfort compared to standard 30 and 40 denier tights of the era, featuring a classic back seam and reinforced Cuban keyhole heel.
