Footed circular ceramic centerpiece from the SMF Schramberg manufactory, part of the Tirol decorative series. This piece is a representative example of mid-20th century German majolica production.

Object History: The Schramberger Majolikafabrik (SMF), founded in 1820 in the Black Forest, achieved great recognition for its hand-painted ceramics. The Tirol series is distinguished by its Alpine folk-inspired ornamentation, characterized by stylized floral motifs and a vibrant, high-contrast color palette on a cream background.

- Technique: Glazed ceramic with hand-painted polychrome decoration.
