A decorative wall plate made of pewter by the German manufacturer Josef Anton Demmel. The design features a detailed allegory of the Four Seasons, with relief scenes arranged around a central motif of an edelweiss flower and a German inscription: «FRÜHLING SOMMER HERBST WINTER» (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter).

This plate is an example of traditional German craftsmanship. The manufacturer, Josef Anton Demmel, operated in Augsburg from 1827 to 1976. The piece bears both the manufacturer's mark on the reverse (an angel, St. Michael, with the initials JAD) and the original paper label of the German Pewterers' Guild («Innung Deutscher Zinngiesser Handwerks Siegel»), which certifies its quality and authenticity.
