Vintage Green Uranium Glass Celery Tray, Waffle Waterford Pattern Relish Dish, Hocking Glass Company, Depression Era Collectible

An authentic vintage green uranium glass oval celery tray or relish dish produced by the Hocking Glass Company in the 'Waterford' (Waffle) pattern. This piece dates from the late 1930s to early 1940s and exhibits an unmistakable bright green fluorescence under ultraviolet (UV) light due to its uranium content.

Manufactured during the American Depression era (circa 1938-1944) by the Hocking Glass Company in Ohio, USA, before the company merged to become Anchor Hocking. The 'Waterford' pattern is celebrated by collectors for its geometric waffle-like grid design that beautifully refracts light.
