This piece belongs to the popular "Tirol" series, characterized by its hand-painted, folk-art-inspired decoration. The design features stylized red flowers and leaves on a cream-colored background, framed by a distinctive upper and lower band with a textured green glaze, representative of the West German Pottery aesthetic of the era. The interior is covered in a bright red glaze, creating a vivid contrast.
