A pair of early 20th-century salt and pepper containers, crafted in bisque porcelain with hand-painted polychrome details.

The design features two cherubs or putti in dynamic poses beside stylized wicker baskets, an ornamental motif highly valued in European decorative porcelain at the turn of the century.
