History: The 'Germany US Zone' mark places the production of this piece strictly between 1945 and 1949. The Tettau factory, founded in 1794 under the privilege of King Frederick William II of Prussia, is one of Germany's oldest and most prestigious, renowned for the whiteness and translucency of its porcelain.
